What We Built
Relaytiv is Vitiv.ai's own SaaS product — an AI front desk built from repeated client demand. We designed and engineered the full platform: multi-channel inbox (WhatsApp, WA Web, Instagram, Messenger, web chat, custom channels), an AI layer that replies instantly and qualifies prospects, appointment booking that connects to team calendars, automated follow-up sequences, and seamless team handover when the AI needs human support. Pricing is transparent and accessible: Launch at $29/month for owner-led businesses getting started with AI replies, Growth at $79/month for teams that need follow-ups, bookings, and outgoing campaigns, Scale at $149/month for high-volume teams with real-time web search and webhook access, and Custom plans for enterprise and multi-location brands. iMessage support is coming soon.
